Our story

Food the way it's supposed to be raised

Bijou Creek Farm is a family farm led by Glenn Wallace, built on a simple idea: animals raised the way nature intended — on open pasture, in sunshine, with room to move — make better food.

We're just getting started, and we're honest about it. Instead of chasing volume, we're growing carefully to serve around 100 families directly. You'll know where your food comes from because you'll know us.

Questions families ask

Are you taking orders yet?

Not yet — we're building our first season. Join the list to be first in line.

What does a beef share mean?

You reserve a portion (for example a quarter or half) of an animal, cut and packaged for your freezer. Exact sizes and pricing will be posted when ready.

Where do you deliver?

Our service area is being finalized. Send your town and we'll tell you what's possible.

Can I visit the farm?

Reach out — we're happy to talk about it.

Can the site grow with the farm?

Yes. A year of unlimited updates is included — products, prices and photos can change any time.
